Two men in country clothes--high, soft hats; shirts with full sleeves; trousers--are talking. The older man has a short beard and a cane, the younger has his coat over his shoulder and a bundle on a stick at well. The older says: "Go to Paris, John, go and earn a livelihood. But when you can afford it, come back to us. The Parisians, look out, John! They lick up the little guys and chew on the big guys." (Virginia K. Anderson 12/30/93)
