Katsukawa Shunsho. Go= Jugasei, Kyokurosai, Kyokurosei, Ririn, Rokurokuan, Shuntei, Yuji. Painter and printmaker in Edo.Taught many pupils with Shun in their names in the Katsukawa school plus Hokusai, who changed his name later. Began as a painter but became one of the great print designers of his day, especially hosoban prints of actors with individual features on stage as well as in their dressing rooms , also wrestlers.
