A scene from Shakespeare - Two royal knights on horseback occupy nearly the entire composition in this welcome home extravaganza - the Princs at left on a black horse with crown firmly on his hesd waers an aloof and haughty countenance while the other horseman with his banner unfurled before him doffs his crown before two adoring maidens at lower right - soldiers at rear left - an excited dog.
