Jean Neder: Stylized tulips and pomegranates, made of woven tape outlines joined with needlework a jours and single or double brides. The heading is pillow lace, sewn in place. The footing is straight edged, trimmed with small scallops made of purled buttonhole stitching. This piece is composed of 2 1/2 panels, each full panel is 67 cm. long, repeating the identical design.
