Jean Neder: Heading is made of two staggered needle-pointed zigzags with picots so as to form a diamond pattern. Reticello is worked in two large alternating circular motifs composed of solid triangular shaped parts with picots on the edges alternating with geometric needle-pointed radiating line patterns. Flanking the main motifs are two borders of elaborated reticello zigzags with picots at intervals. Along the lower edge is Punto in Aria consisting of alternating small and large Vandykes edged with picots.
