Jean Neder: "Detailed flowers and leafy scrolls, resembling Italian Gros Point laces. Closely worked buttonhole stitches cover the double cordonnet. Fine buttonhole stitched brides, with picots. Variety of filling stitches. Lower edge with narrow needle lace, scalloped edging; upper edge has origianl double row of cording, with buttonhole stitches. Linen threads. Excellent condition."
