De Pinna was a men's and women's high end clothier founded in 1885 in New York City, by Alfred De Pinna (1831 - 1915). The store also sold tailored, menswear-inspired clothing for women. The flagship store was located at 642-50 Fifth Avenue and 52nd Street. Once a year, a representative from the department store came to San Francisco to sell designs at the Fairmount Hotel. The chain closed in 1969.
