Trains and abstracted wood logs bring together two different symbols associated with both the American frontier and children’s toys. Sections of brightly colored trains seem to be temporarily stopped along portions of curving and straight tracks. At the top of
the image a grey train is poised to enter a dark tunnel. Wood logs, grouped
vertically and horizontally, hover over the multi-hued green ground.
