Engraver, wood engraver; born in Dracut, MA on 01/07/1889 Thomas Willoughby Nason (1889 - 1971) was an American artist known for his wood engravings. He was born in Massachusetts and he studied at Tufts University. He was a member of several organizations, including the National Academy of Design, the National Institute of arts and Letters, the Society of American Etchers, and the Connecticut Academy of Fine Arts. His work was exhibited at the Art Institute of Chicago, the Library of Congress, Society of American Etchers, the Smithsonian Institution, and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts.
