Leaf of paper with opaque watercolor and gilding with scene of shepherd and shepherdesses on an island along with a woman washing clothing in a stream and another fishing. At either edge of the scene a musical trophy on a gold ground is bordered by peacock feathers. The leaf has been shortened and remounted on sticks on a later date (ca. 1765). On the reverse shows a single woman fishing on an island. Sticks and guards of carved, incised, and gilded ivory with applied mother-of-pearl. Glass jewel and copper alloy rivet.
