The sheet was affixed at some time with spots of adhesive at the corners, verso; the sheet has been thinned at the corners as a result; the UR corner (9x9 mm) has been torn off, probably related to the adhesive, and re-attached;

Gnome-like male figure with bulbous red nose wearing a shaggy fur coat, red knickers, green gloves and a hat, standing in a rural setting with broom, city scape behind him, sour look on his face shows disenchantment with present chore.
