ex-Joseph Stillman Badger (American, 1851-1937) Badger was the managing director and attorney of the Brisbane Tramways Co. Ltd. Electrical Engineer. He moved to Brisbane in 1896 and retired in 1920. In 1917, he and his wife, Marion, traveled from Sidney to San Francisco via Pago Pago.
