The central image is an elaborately drawn and finely detailed face composed of a pig's head forming a cheek, a torso with heads at both ends forms the nose and lips. A hand extends up the right side of the poster holding a scepter topped with a smiling skull with apples for eyes and bat's wings below the jaw. Two snakes with human faces wrap around the shaft. Colors are blue, dark blue, silver and red.
