Jean Neder: All over (design), discontinuous pattern of branch like scrolls, with cordonnet and highly padded areas. Motifs are in tricate, with many layers built up of picots and scallops. Brides picotee worked in fine buttonhole stitch. Intricate oval medallions, alternating large and small, arranged at regular intervals. Fuzzy in appearance, resembles cotton threads. good condition.
