Lithographer, illustrator, muralist, painter. Alberté Wilson studied at the CSFA and College of Pacific in Stockton. During the 1930s she was a resident of Los Angeles and, as an employee of the Federal Art Project, did a series of horticultural illustrations. By 1940 she had moved to the Monterey Peninsula where she remained until her death. Married twice, her married names were Spratt and Lamb.
